Thank you to all Volunteers who helped with the renovation works of Church corridors, and renovated chapel.

We still need financial support to maintain the church and to refurbish the copper roofs.

Potrzebujemy wsparcia finansowego tak na utrzymanie kościoła jak i na remont dachów miedzianych, które koniecznie należy naprawić. Wydatki te nie były przewidziane w budżecie na 2021 rok proszę o wsparcie tej naprawy byśmy mogli już w tym roku zaplanować odmalowanie Kościoła. Potrzebuje waszej inicjatywy w zebraniu tych funduszy i bardzo liczę na waszą pomoc.

Ministerstwo Muzyki

The choir of our parish has been operating for 25 years and has released an album and recording of the Mystery Art “JESUS”. This beautiful album and recording can be purchased for distribution at Saint John Paul II Church.

We are very grateful to Brother Rudolf and the Community of Heralds of the Gospel for their services.

Biblioteka w naszym kościele św.

Biblioteka w naszym kościele św. JPII w Sali parafialnej „wędrująca książka” zaprasza do przeglądnięcia wyboru książek albumów malarstwa polskiego z biblioteki domowej Pani Anny Batory. Wsparcie biblioteki przez wypożyczanie nabywanie i czytanie książek jest pożytecznym tak dla umysłu jak i duszy zajęciem. Czas poświęcony na czytanie nigdy nie jest zmarnowany. Pani Leokadia Magdziarz jest bibliotekarką parafii św. J.P.II. Zapraszamy.

Mrs. Leokadia Magdziarz is a volunteer librarian for the parish Saint John Paul II. Feel free to help yourselves to any of the selections.

Projekt restauracji parafii

Electrical work over the statue of St. Michael the Archangel and the Chapel corridor has been completed.

Wardrobes have been built and installed in the Sacristy. Repairs to the main Church roof have been completed. The Church tower now has new shingles.

We are still in need of financial support, both for the maintenance of the Church and the renovation of our copper roofs, which must be repaired as soon as possible.

Should we consider a BLITZ? These expenses were not included in the 2021 Budget.

It would be our greatest accomplishment if we could repaint the Church and replace the burnt lights in the Sanctuary.

This diocesan service is confidential and free, and is made available thanks to the visits of hundreds of volunteers who have received special training.”

Please call the Rectory (514) 637-2379 and leave the names of any sick or shut-ins that you are aware of so that they can be visited (called) by a Pastoral Home Care volunteer once a week.

Widow(er)'s Support Group

COVID19 has left us feeling quite vulnerable especially since we cannot gather even in times of loss. There is a Widow(er)s’ Support Group that meet every 1st Monday of the month.

This service is set up by the Archdiocese in this time of pandemic and is manned by PHC volunteers who can speak to you in English, French, Spanish and Arabic.

This is available to anyone who could benefit from a listening ear.
